Duncan Crook - Chief Executive Officer
Duncan is an experienced entrepreneur with over fifteen years experience as an owner manager. In the early 1990's he was a founder of a telecommunications company which went on to become one of the largest of its kind. Duncan has extensive experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing, process development, operational management, supply chain development and management, human resource management and corporate funding. He is an experienced deal maker - an example being a contract valued at over £100m to provide advanced communications to over one million pupils and teachers in London.

Sean Bates - Chief Operations Officer
Sean is a professional project engineer and business manager with over fifteen years experience in managing large and small industrial and residential construction projects. He is the acclaimed author of Renovation Secrets and Self Build Secrets. Sean has also written numerous short publications, including Why Builders Are Not Necessarily Good Renovators and is a renowned speaker, appearing on BBC radio and at several seminars including the Premier Property and Homebuyers shows at London Docklands Excel Exhibition Centre.
Nigel Jones - Chief Financial Officer
Nigel is an experienced chartered accountant who trained with KPMG in London. Qualifying as an FCA in the 1970's, he spent ten years in the international oil services industry, including a six year tenure as the group finance director of a substantial Plc. During the last ten years he been involved with a number of technology companies acting as both finance and commercial director and with Duncan Crook was a co-founder of a leading intelligent communications company.
