Formed in 2004 by its directors Duncan Crook, Sean Bates and Nigel Jones, Renaissance is a young vibrant developer of residential and commercial accommodation.
Renaissance has core competencies in all aspects of property development and is therefore able to control quality at every stage to produce innovatively designed accommodation of the highest standard. The skills directly employed by Renaissance include land acquisition, site assembly, architectural design, planning, health and safety, project management, marketing and after sales client care.
The Company has interests in some ten million pounds worth of properties to be redeveloped and is actively pursuing almost one hundred million pounds worth of property development. Renaissance has substantial funding, which comprises a mix of private investment, finance from major banks and CASTLE a private pension based investment fund operated by Renaissance.
Renaissance is head quartered in Newbury, West Berkshire, United Kingdom and recently opened a satellite operation in Portugal.
The company is approved by both NHBC and Premier Guarantee and is a member of the House Builders Federation.
